Premier Mortgage & Real Estate is a full service mortgage and real estate company, we offer competitive splits and a friendly working environment. You can start originating transactions in our name as soon as your California Department of Real Estate license is "hung" with us.

Once you have made the transition to work with our company we may provide company leads at a slightly lower split to help you get started. You can do either mortgage or real estate or both to offer your clients the best service there is out there. We have an in house loan processor and real estate transaction coordinator for convenient use on all your transactions.

Our office includes a conference room for agents to use and two agent workstations, equipped with computers and telephones. We do not have a mandatory floor time, so you may come into the office as often or as little as you need to. You will have 24 hour access to all we have to offer. We are located in Santee, CA, in the east county of San Diego, with easy access to highway 52 and 125.
